This role is responsible for guiding Mukund Realty’s growth through disciplined research, careful evaluation, and structured execution. The position leads market research and feasibility studies, identifies and assesses new locations, and works closely with leadership to shape expansion plans aligned with business objectives. From lease negotiations to interior planning and execution oversight, the role ensures every new premise is evaluated, planned, and delivered with clarity, control, and accountability. Strong coordination with senior management, cross functional teams, and external partners is central to driving timely, well considered expansion decisions.
