Key Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Lead the design team in developing creative and innovative interior design concepts tailored to client specifications.
  • Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals and recommendations to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their vision and objectives.
  • Documentation Oversight: Oversee the preparation of detailed design drawings, specifications, and necessary documentation for projects.
  • Interdisciplinary Coordination: Manage the integration of interior design activities with other disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation of designs, address challenges, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Industry Research: Stay current with industry trends, materials, and products, utilizing this knowledge to enhance design decisions and recommendations.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior interior designers, fostering their professional growth and development within the organization.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing departments to create promotional materials, including brochures, books, and presentations, that showcase the company’s design capabilities.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the maintenance of positive relationships and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative projects.
